The house has 2 floors with 5 apartments, each on overlooking the sea and
equipped with satellite TV. There's covered parking lot for each apartment. Guests have
possibility to use private beach with shower, the storeroom for plastic or pneumatic boats
and other beach equipment (parasols, airbeds etc.) along with a berth for two motorboats.
Asphalt road and stairway lead to the beach. See distance is about 250 m, due to steep
ground.

| The house is 200 m far from the
center of the village, which has 2 supermarkets and 2 traditional restaurants. The village
is in the neighbourhood of Omis and Makarska, two larger tourist places, the approximate
distance 18 km. |

Das Haus hat 2 Etagen, 5 Apartments, den
überdachten Parkplatz für jedes Apartment, den Privatstrand aus Beton, die Dusche am
Strand und den Lagerraum für Strandwaren der Gäste. Es gibt auch die Anlegestelle für 2
Boote. Alle Apartments haben die Aussicht aufs meer und auch die Satelitantenne. Die
entfernung vom Meer beträgt ca. 250 m (wegen des steilen Terrains). Der
Strandzutritt: asphaltierter Weg und Trepp. Die Entfernung vom Zentrum ist ca. 200
m. Der Ort verfügt über 2 Supermarkte und 2 Kellerschenken-Restaurants.
Die Ferienort Pisak liegt zwishen 2 grössen Touristenorten Omis und Makarska, entfernt
von denselben 18 km. |
