Dear guests!
In the beginning let us describe the house and its location. The house is located in the
village of Slatine on the island of Ciovo which is connected with a bridge with the
mainland. In order to reach our house, you have to pass through the town of Trogir and the
cross the bridge that connects it with Ciovo. After crossing the bridge, you have to turn
left and drive about 5.5 km to Slatine. There, you will see a large concrete
column-pyramid 5 m high. From the pyramid, the second house to the right is ours. All
apartments are equipped with telephone with own telephone-pulse counters, color TV with
satellite dish (more than 24 channels). The house has four private parking places. The
distance from house to the sea is 40 m. For your entertainment we can offer you:
- a sailing boat, 7.35 m long (daily excursions are organized for our guests; prices
subject to agreement);
- an inflatable boat with an outboard (rental price subject to agreement);
- a sandolina (beach canoe), free of charge.

At the back side of the house, there is another,
30m2 in size, selfcatering apartment, consisting of one two-bedded room, toilet with
shower and a large kitchen with dining room where there is one bed more. In front of the
third apartment is an open-air area about 20m2 in size with grill which can be used by all
guests of the house.

On the first floor there is one
selfcatering apartment with two two-bedded rooms, a large kitchen with a dining room
(there is one bed in the dining room, too), toilet with shower and a balcony.

On the second floor there is another
selfcatering apartment, larger than the first one,
consisting of two two-bedded rooms,
toilet with bath, a large 24 m2 living room and kitchen. In the living room are two more
beds. This apartment has two balconies.

Wir haben das Haus auf der Insel Ciovo im Ort
Slatine. Die Brücke verbindet Ciovo mit Trogir. Wenn Sie die Brücke überqueren, sollen
Sie wieder links einbigen und 5.5 km in Richtung Slatine fahren. Dann kommen Sie zur
grossen Betonsäule - Pyramide, die Sie auf dem bild sehen. Das zweite Haus Rechts hinter
der Pyramide ist unser haus. Das Haus hat zwei Etage. In der ersten Etage hat zwei Zimmer,
die grosse Küche wo ist ein Bett, die Küche, Toilete mit bide und Dusche und ein Balkon.
Es gibt insgesamt 5 Betten. In der zweite Etage hat zwei Zimmer, ein grosses
Wohn-zimmer/24m2/ wo ist zwei Bett, Toilette mit bide und Dusche. Es gibt zwei
grosses Balkon. Es gibt ins gesamt 6 Betten. Wir haben noch ein kleine Appartment von 30m2
in der ersten Etage west Seite. Appartment hat eine Zimmer mit zwei Bett und grosse Küche
wo ist ein Bett. Das ist für 3 Personen. Es gibt Toilete, bide mit Dusche und ein grossen
Balkon. Vorhanden ist Telephon und Farbfernsehen mit Sateliten Antene in jedes Wohnung.
Noch haben Aussengrill und Parkplatz. Die See ist 40 m vor dem Haus. Die Lage ist
herrlich. Die Umgebung ist schön.
Wir haben noch ein Segelboot 7,35 m für interesante Tagesausflüge. extra
Bezahlung
erforderlich. Noch bieten Kahn unentgeltlich für Kindern.Brauhen
betonen in der Nähe Stadt Trogir. Schatzkammer der Kunst oder das Stadt Museum und der
historischer Kren der Split mit Diokletianplast wurde von der UNSECO als kulturelles Erbe
von der Weltbedeutung ernannt. Der Flughafen ist 10 km von unseren Haus entfernt.
Geniessen Sie die Natur schönheiten unseres Meers das warme Klima den komfort und Sie
werden angenehme Urlaubstage verbringen.

Naša
kuca je smjestena na otoku Ciovu u mjestu Slatine na udaljenosti 40m od mora. Most
povezuje Ciovo sa Trogirom. Kada predete most trebate ponovo lijevo skrenuti 5,5 km u
pravcu Slatina. Tada dolazite do velikog betonskog stupa - piramide koja se vidi na slici.
Druga kuca desno iza piramide je nasa kuca. Kuca ima dvije etaze. Na prvoj etazi se nalazi
dvosobni apartman s velikom kuhinjom sa jos jednim krevetom, WC sa tušem te balkonom
(ukupno 5 kreveta).
Na drugoj etazi se nalazi jos jedan dvosobni apartman s velikim dnevnim boravkom 24m2 sa
jos 2 kreveta, kuhinja, WC sa tušem te 2 velika balkona (ukupno 6 kreveta). Na prvoj
etazi sa zapadne starne se nalazi jos jedan mali apartman od 30m2. Apartman ima 1 sobu sa
2 kreveta i veliku kuhinju gdje se nalazi jos jedan krevet, WC sa tušem te veliku
terasu. U svakom apartmanu postoji telefon i TV sa satelitskom antenom. Jos imamo vanjski
gril i parkiraliste.
Imamo jedrilicu 7,35m za interesantne dnevne izlete, a cijena je po dogovoru. Mozete
koristiti kajak besplatno.
Trebamo istaknuti blizinu Trogira. Trogir je riznica umjetnosti ili grad muzej. Takoder
trebamo istaknuti blizinu Splita. Trogir i Split su na UNESCO-vom popisu svjetskog
kulturnog naslijeda.
Aerodrom je udaljen 10 km od kuce.
Ako dodete uzivati cete u prirodnim ljepotama, u našem moru, toploj klimi i komforu
te cete provesti nezaboravan godisnji odmor.
